Job summary

Camp DeMar Hotel & Resort on Mallorca’s southwest coast seeks a friendly Server to join our service team on a full-time replacement contract. You will deliver high-quality dining experiences across hotel venues, from bars to our à la carte restaurant, while preparing mise en place and assisting in beverage service.

Are you passionate about hospitality and looking for an exciting job opportunity on the sunny island of Mallorca? THE CAMP DE MAR HOTEL & RESORT in Andratx is situated in the southwest of Mallorca, close to the picturesque fishing village of Port d'Andratx, embedded within an 18-hole golf course and only 250 meters away from the Mediterranean beach. We are looking for an energetic and guest-oriented person to join our service team as a full-time Server under a replacement contract. If you love delighting guests in an international environment, this role is made for you.

In this position, you will help deliver an outstanding dining experience across all hotel venues:

• - Work across all food and beverage outlets, including our bars and à la carte restaurant
• - Deliver smooth, professional service aligned with established quality standards
• - Prepare the mise en place for morning, intermediate, and evening shifts
• - Prepare and serve a variety of drinks, including cocktails, coffee specialties, and other beverages
• - Contribute creative ideas for seasonal offers and promotions at the restaurant and pool bar
• - Keep work areas clean, organized, and properly maintained after each service
