Our Marbella location, opening in summer 2025, will occupy the iconic Villa Tiberio estate surrounded by lush gardens in the heart of Marbella's Golden Mile.

The concept will blend a chic pool club by day, transforming into one of the chain's most exclusive restaurants by evening. As our sixth location worldwide, joining successful venues in Madrid, Ibiza, Dubai, Riyadh, and Valencia, TATEL Marbella aims to deliver an unparalleled dining and entertainment experience on the Costa del Sol.

Key Responsibilities

Bar Operations Management

  • Oversee all aspects of the bar's daily operations, ensuring the highest standards of service and customer satisfaction.
  • Create and maintain a welcoming and exclusive atmosphere aligned with TATEL's sophisticated brand identity.
  • Develop innovative and high-quality beverage menus that complement our Spanish gastronomy focus.
  • Implement and maintain efficient operational systems and procedures9
  • Ensure compliance with all legal requirements, including alcohol licensing and distribution regulations.
  • Recruit, interview, hire, and train bar staff to deliver exceptional service that meets TATEL's premium standards.
  • Create and manage staff schedules to ensure optimal coverage during all operational hours.
  • Motivate, mentor, and develop team members to maximize performance and foster a positive work culture.
  • Conduct regular staff meetings and training sessions to maintain service excellence and product knowledge.
  • Lead by example, demonstrating the highest standards of professionalism and customer service.
  • Manage inventory levels and establish relationships with suppliers to ensure the bar is well-stocked with premium products.
  • Negotiate with vendors and suppliers to secure the best quality products at competitive prices.
  • Monitor costs, analyze sales data, and implement strategies to maximize profitability.
  • Prepare and manage budgets, controlling expenses while maintaining TATEL's standard of excellence.
  • Track and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement.

Customer Experience & Marketing

  • Ensure every guest receives an exceptional experience that aligns with TATEL's international reputation.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the bar and increase customer engagement.
  • Organize special events, themed nights, and promotional activities to attract customers.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Collaborate with other department heads to create cohesive experiences that integrate bar, restaurant, and pool club operations.

Qualifications & Skills

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Bar Manager in a high-end establishment or luxury hospitality environment.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English; additional languages are an advantage.
  • Extensive knowledge of premium spirits, wines, cocktails, and current beverage trends.
  • Strong understanding of Spanish gastronomy and beverage pairings.
  • Valid certification in food safety and alcohol service.
  • Legal right to work in Spain.
  • Exceptional leadership abilities with proven experience managing teams in a luxury hospitality environment.
  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact effectively with staff, customers, and management.
  • Superior problem-solving abilities and conflict resolution skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management capabilities.
  • Excellent financial acumen and business management expertise.
  • Ability to maintain composure and make sound decisions in high-pressure situations.
  • Creative approach to beverage program development and presentation.
