You will manage liquor inventories, enforce policies and laws, train staff, and support budget control while delivering exceptional guest service and teamwork. This role demands leadership and hospitality expertise across peak periods.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED with 4 years of F&B/culinary experience.
• Alternatively, a 2-year degree with 2 years of F&B/culinary experience.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee bar/lounge daily shift operations and supervise staff.
• Promote the lounge and assist with menu planning.
• Maintain standards and assist servers during peak periods.
• Manage liquor inventories and controls.
• Ensure guest and employee satisfaction while adhering to budget.
• Enforce beverage policies and liquor laws.
• Train staff on liquor policies and procedures.
• Provide exceptional customer service and handle guest feedback.
• Assist with HR activities and departmental training.
