As a Bar and Restaurant Manager at La Residencia, a Belmond Hotel, you are part of a team that shapes the culinary experience of our guests. Primary Responsibilities Include

1. Ensure coordination of daily operations and apply service standards in the workplace in accordance with the company's guidelines.
2. Maintain a polite, courteous, and genuine demeanor with customers.
3. Manage complaints and lead teams.

Requirements

What You Bring:

1. Experience providing exceptional customer service, handling food and beverages, and working in a fast-paced environment.
2. Friendly and attentive demeanor; ability to answer questions, provide recommendations, and ensure a positive dining experience for guests.
3. Strong communication skills to interact with guests, take orders accurately, and communicate with the kitchen and other staff members.
4. Promote, comply with, and enforce service standards set by the company or their supervisor.
5. Assist in carrying out the administrative tasks of the assigned department, such as contributing to the preparation of inventory, departmental notes, and internal orders, among others.

Requirements:

1. Degree in tourism, administration, or equivalent.
2. High level of English and Spanish.
3. Management of bars and restaurants.
4. Knowledge of wines and distilled spirits.
