Job summary

Accenture España seeks an experienced Banking consultant/manager in Madrid to lead Efficiency Programs within the Strategy & Consulting practice for Financial Services. The role involves advising banking clients on cost reductions, identifying value initiatives, and designing strategic sourcing, digitalization, and process improvements.

Requirements include extensive experience in strategic consulting and banking, strong communication skills, and fluency in Spanish and English.

Their main duty is to advise our banking clients in innovative ways to reduce their cost. Their responsibilities include:

• Analysing of Spend/Budget (internal & External cost)
• Identifying and quantifying value initiatives
• Detailed design of initiatives of several types: Strategic sourcing, demand management, digitalization and reengineering of processes, outsourcing definition, restructuring…
• Value Realization Office: Management of the implementation of large savings programs
