Accenture is seeking a Finance Transformation Senior Manager to join our CFO & Enterprise Value practice in Madrid. You will lead finance strategy, operating model design, and large-scale transformation programs that deliver sustainable business outcomes.

The role requires 10+ years in strategy/finance advisory, fluency in Spanish and English, and a track record of delivering value through finance digitalization, ERP/EPM initiatives, and data-driven insights.

We are looking for Finance Transformation Senior Managers to join our CFO & Enterprise Value practice within Strategy & Consulting, helping organizations redefine the role of Finance as a strategic value driver through finance transformation, operating model redesign, performance improvement, digital enablement, and AI-powered innovation.

You will work closely with CFOs, CEOs, and executive leadership teams across leading organizations in Spain and internationally to define finance strategies, shape enterprise value agendas, design target operating models, and lead large-scale transformation programs that deliver sustainable business outcomes.

The role is suited for senior professionals who combine strong strategic thinking, finance expertise, executive presence, and leadership capabilities, and who are motivated by leading complex transformations at the intersection of strategy, finance, data, technology, and AI.

What you will do:

• Lead finance strategy and enterprise value engagements focused on performance improvement, value creation, transformation, and growth.


• Advise CFOs and executive leadership teams on strategic decisions related to operating models, finance transformation, performance management, cost optimization, profitability improvement, and capital efficiency.


• Define target finance operating models across organization, governance, capabilities, sourcing, processes, data, and technology.


• Lead the development of strategic roadmaps, transformation plans, and business cases, quantifying value and prioritizing initiatives based on impact and feasibility.


• Oversee the redesign and optimization of core finance processes, including P2P, O2C, R2R, FP&A, Treasury, Tax, and Controlling.


• Drive finance digital transformation initiatives leveraging ERP, EPM, Cloud, Data & Analytics, Automation, AI, GenAI, and emerging technologies.


• Assess the strategic impact of digital, data, and AI capabilities on the Finance function and enterprise-wide decision making.


• Lead multidisciplinary teams across Strategy, Consulting, Technology, Data & AI, ensuring successful delivery and execution of transformation programs.


• Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders and act as a strategic advisor to CFOs and executive leadership teams.


• Contribute to business development activities, account growth, proposal development, thought leadership, and innovation initiatives related to the future of Finance and Enterprise Value.

What we are looking for:

• 10+ years of experience in Strategy Consulting, Management Consulting, Financial Advisory, Big 4, Corporate Strategy, Finance Transformation, or similar senior advisory environments.


• Proven experience leading complex strategy and transformation engagements from definition through execution.


• Strong experience managing executive-level stakeholder relationships, including CFOs, Finance Leadership Teams, and C‑suite executives.


• Deep expertise in finance strategy, enterprise value creation, operating model design, performance management, finance process transformation, or large-scale transformation programs.


• Experience defining transformation roadmaps, business cases, and value realization initiatives.


• Strong understanding of Finance technologies, including ERP, EPM, Analytics, Automation, Cloud, AI, and GenAI-enabled solutions.


• Ability to structure ambiguous business problems, synthesize insights, and develop compelling strategic narratives for executive audiences.


• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and mentoring junior professionals.


• Strong business development mindset, with experience contributing to account growth, proposal development, or offering creation.


• Fluency in Spanish and English.
