A dynamic role as Inside Sales Executive, focusing on proactive engagement with customers through calls and emails. You will drive sales growth by qualifying leads, maintaining relationships, and effectively using CRM tools. Formación

  • Minimum 2 years of inside sales experience in IT, preferably Cybersecurity.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English; knowledge of Catalan/Italian is a plus.

To accelerate our global expansion and expand our brand presence, we are looking for a motivated Inside Sales Executive (m / f / d) for 40 hours / week to start immediately or as soon as possible in our office in Madrid.

Your Job

  • You are the first contact for our customers and partners – mainly via telephone and e-mail.
  • You proactively engage in outbound prospecting, including cold calling, to identify and generate new business opportunities and build a strong sales pipeline.
  • You respond to customer enquiries quickly and reliably by delivering relevant information and offering tailor-made offers.
  • You maintain and continuously expand a network of customers and sales partners.
  • You qualify leads and accompany them until the project is completed.
  • You support our sales partners in identifying sales potential and implementing sales opportunities.
  • You hold web meetings for our customers and sales partners to present our Hornetsecurity services and Channel program.
  • You take care of deal flow supervision with partners (deal registrations, trial, customer references, and conversions).
  • You are responsible for adjustments and transactions between partners.
  • You make a significant contribution to the sales growth by achieving or even exceeding the agreed sales targets – in short : we can always count on you.
  • Update our CRM with relevant customer and deal information every week.

Your Profile

  • You have at least 2 years of inside sales experience within the field of IT (preferably Cybersecurity).
  • You are a communication talent and enjoy handling incoming customer calls.
  • You live and breathe customer orientation in all its facets, have a good knowledge of human nature, are helpful, and can build long-lasting customer relationships.
  • You motivate yourself with your own successes and pursue your quarterly goals with passion.
  • You are an organizational talent, know how to set priorities, and keep track of things despite a high workload.
  • You have very good MS Office skills.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and other CRM tools for pipeline and performance management is a plus.
  • You are driven and ambitious, with a desire to work in a fast-moving, start-up environment.
  • You are fluent in both Spanish and English; Catalan / Italian language skills will be considered an asset!
