A leading company in financial services is seeking a data analyst to support operations and projects within the Finance Ops division. The successful candidate will create detailed reports, assist agents with ACH conversions, and require strong communication skills in both Spanish and English. Formación

• Minimum A-level education required.
• 1-2 years of work experience preferred.
• Intermediate level experience with Excel (Power Query) or Power BI.

Your responsibilities will include the following :

• Build data analyst reports using tools such as Excel (Power Query) or Power BI.
• Contact agents based on report listings who are performing repeated wire transfers onto Ria settlement accounts.
• Request trustworthy proof of the originating bank account of the agent, including account holder information and IBAN.
• Reconcile account holder names with agent names in the Ria database.
• If names differ, report the agent to Compliance.
• If names match, reconcile the IBAN with information in the FXClient database or add the IBAN as a new legitimate account.

FXClient

• Inform agents about the benefits of ACH / Direct Debit and how it works.
• If an agent accepts ACH as a settlement method, send the ACH mandate and assist in completing the forms.

Follow-up duties include:

• Follow-up calls on ACH conversion.
• Check if agents have converted to Bank of America.
• Follow-up calls for Bank of America conversion.
• Assist departments within the Finance Ops division with data analysis and projects.

Qualifications for Internal Candidates

• Minimum A-level education; a degree in a financial discipline is an advantage.
• 1-2 years of work experience.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in Spanish and English; additional languages are a plus.
• Team player.
• Detail-oriented and accurate.
• Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced, pressurized environment.
• Intermediate level of Excel (Power Query) and/or Power BI experience is an advantage.
