Santander is seeking a Full Time Teller in Newton Centre, MA to provide outstanding customer service and handle transactions with accuracy. You will process deposits, withdrawals, and transfers while maintaining cash drawer integrity and following bank policies.

By engaging customers and using digital tools, you will educate on self-service options and support cross-sell of bank products, with flexibility to assist nearby branches as needed.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 6+ months cash handling experience required.
• 6+ months customer service experience required.
• Demonstrated accuracy, attention to detail, and math skills.
• Strong communication and listening skills; able to follow policies and procedures.

Responsabilidades

• Assist customers with banking needs and perform transactions.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, and transfers; maintain accurate cash drawer balances.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues; educate on self-service options.
