The Bancassurance & Real Estate Sales Channel Expert is responsible for developing and executing strategic partnerships with banks and real estate companies to enhance and expand our businesses with them. This role involves managing our new business pipeline as well as key accounts, fostering strong business relationships, and driving growth through collaborative initiatives with partners in banking and real estate sectors.

What will you do at Allianz?
  • Develop and implement strategies to establish new partnerships and further strengthen existing partnerships with banks and companies active in the real estate industry.
  • Nurture and manage relationships within your network and with Allianz’s partners to identify opportunities for new business and portfolio expansion, aligned with mutual business objectives.
  • Lead internal teams to design and develop insurance solutions across the value chain that meet the specific needs of banking and real estate partners.
  • Prepare and present proposals, business cases, and partnership agreements to potential partners and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to design and execute joint promotional campaigns and initiatives to boost our partnership programs’ success.
  • Advocate for our partners and customers: track and report on customer satisfaction and partnership performance, providing insights and leading initiatives for continuous improvement.
  • Monitor market trends to identify potential partnership opportunities, helping partners to scale their business with Allianz.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards in all partnership activities.
What does Allianz need from you?
  • At least 5 years of experience in sales channels within similar roles, with in-depth knowledge of the insurance market, key players in banking and real estate industries, and value drivers for successful partnerships (e.g., experience working with insurers, brokers, consultants, banks, or real estate companies on distribution agreements, joint ventures, etc.).
  • A creative mind with strategic vision, driven by data and facts, with strong commercial, communication, and negotiation skills with internal and external stakeholders.
  • High work ethics with great attention to detail to craft compelling proposals and serve as an advocate for continuous business improvement.
  • International, multicultural work experience.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish, with excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and contractual skills.
  • Related university degree successfully completed.
