We are looking for our Bakery channel manager to develop the following :

• Develop and execute local Bakery channel based on food professional insights, competitor landscape, customer growth drivers and business objectives.
• Own the local Bakery strategy and drive 12Q plans based on channel and operator insights.
• Work closely with the sales team to deliver impactful campaigns including relevant trade promotions and fairs.
• Manage product portfolio activities for hero assortment, innovation and renovation projects; lead local innovation projects from ideation & business case creation to launch.
• Create value for operators with Debic brand by delivering effective communication based on operator insights, guest trends and top dishes.
• Utilize data analytics to monitor performance and ensure maximum impact where applicable.
• Manage local A&P budget spend and forecast.
