We are looking for a Bakery Channel Manager to develop and lead our bakery segment through strategic initiatives and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and execute local bakery strategies: Utilize insights from food professionals, analyze competitor landscapes, and identify customer growth drivers aligned with business objectives.
  2. Strategic Planning: Own the local bakery strategy and formulate quarterly plans based on channel and operator insights.
  3. Campaign Management: Collaborate with the sales team to implement impactful campaigns, including trade promotions and participation in fairs.
  4. Product Portfolio Management: Oversee activities related to the hero assortment, innovation, and renovation projects; lead local innovation from ideation to launch.
  5. Brand Value Creation: Enhance operator engagement with the Debic brand through effective communication, leveraging operator insights, guest trends, and top dishes.
  6. Data Analytics: Use data to monitor performance and optimize impact.
  7. Budget Management: Manage and forecast the local Advertising & Promotion (A&P) budget.
