Mentor Talent Acquisition seeks a Backend Python Developer to join an ambitious, AI-driven finance product team. This role focuses on building scalable backend services, APIs and data pipelines.

Remote option available with quarterly office weeks in Vienna; strong backend fundamentals and curiosity to grow into data engineering are valued, with collaboration across product and frontend teams.

Formación

• Backend Python developer with strong Python fundamentals.
• Experience with production software and scalable services.
• Experience with ETL/ELT pipelines and AWS data services is a plus.
• Familiarity with data engineering concepts and data modelling.
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes; knowledge of GraphQL or Terraform.

Responsabilidades

• Design, build, and maintain scalable Python backend services.
• Integrate LLM-powered features and AI workflows.
• Collaborate with Product and Frontend teams to implement features.
• Write clean, well-tested, well-documented code; improve reliability and security.
