Formación

• 10+ years of professional backend development experience.
• 5+ years of management experience.
• Experience with building high-load systems.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop backend engineering teams.
• Own the delivery of several products.
• Manage team leads and senior engineers.
• Drive the adoption of modern technologies.

Conocimientos

Backend development experience

Managing engineers and team leads

Kubernetes and containers

Cloud-based development

Microservices and distributed systems

SQL and NoSQL databases

Agile methodologies (Scrum)

Leadership and communication skills

Fluency in English

Educación

Bachelor’s or higher in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Applied Mathematics
