Qualifications

• Extremely proficient in at least 1 programming language (Java, Scala, C#).
• Strong experience in systems architecture - scalable and fault-tolerant distributed systems.
• Demonstrable experience as a system owner with operational responsibility.

• Be hands-on — write and review code, coach engineers, and provide expert-level guidance.
• Shape system architecture and ensure maintainability, performance, and scale.
• Do full stack engineering across infrastructure, client side, back end, and data.
