Qualifyze is seeking a Backend Engineering Lead to own the backend ecosystem across the organization, combining people leadership with ownership of architecture, standards, and delivery quality.

This role ensures backend development remains scalable and aligned with product strategy while growing backend engineers and enabling teams to deliver effectively. Hybrid work is offered with strong Java stack expertise required.

Formación

• Strong experience with Java stack (SpringBoot, Liquibase, etc.).
• Proven experience leading backend initiatives across multiple teams.
• Experience defining architecture and driving adoption at scale.

Responsabilidades

• Define and drive the backend vision across teams (architecture, design systems, tooling, standards).
• Lead and support backend engineers, ensuring efficient delivery and growth.
• Ensure backend delivery is scalable, high quality, and aligned with product goals.
• Align backend work with frontend/data/platform constraints and opportunities.
• Remain hands-on with architectural guidance and critical code areas when needed.
