Managing Composites in Madrid is seeking a Backend Software Engineer who designs scalable Python services and robust REST APIs, while occasionally contributing frontend components to deliver end-to-end features.

You will collaborate with product teams, shape architectures, deploy in cloud environments, and own technical decisions in an evolving environment focused on performance, maintainability, and practical solutions.

Formación

• At least 2 years of professional backend software experience.
• Strong Python development and software architecture knowledge.
• Experience designing and implementing REST APIs.
• Experience modelling complex systems and business processes.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or GCP, and serverless architectures.
• Experience with frontend technologies to support end-to-end features.
• Willingness to work across stack and in evolving environments.

Responsabilidades

• Design, build and maintain backend services in Python.
• Create robust, scalable REST APIs.
• Model business logic and workflows across systems.
• Work with distributed architectures and cloud deployments.
• Deploy and operate applications in cloud environments.
• Build lightweight frontend components when needed to deliver end-to-end functionality.
• Develop interfaces and dashboards using modern frontend frameworks.
• Collaborate with product teams to realize ideas as working solutions.
• Contribute to architectural discussions and code quality improvements.
• Improve product quality, performance and maintainability.
