Auctane in Madrid is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to design, develop, and maintain complex software components. You will own feature implementation, troubleshoot challenges, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions.

You will mentor juniors, participate in design discussions, and help drive best practices, with a focus on cloud-based APIs, microservices, and DevOps practices. Fluent English is required and the role is based in Madrid.

Formación

• Experience designing and developing advanced software systems.
• Strong OOP, algorithms and data structures.
• English fluency required.
• Experience with Agile and DevOps practices.

Responsabilidades

• Contribute to system architecture discussions and develop software components.
• Create high-quality, maintainable code in line with standards.
• Test, debug, and optimize for performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Develop and maintain cloud-based APIs, microservices, and integrations.
• Support junior engineers through code reviews and knowledge sharing.
• Collaborate with product teams to ensure solutions meet requirements.
• Document and share knowledge through workshops or sessions.
• Assist in technical interviews to evaluate candidates.
