What you'll do

1. Develop scalable and maintainable solutions with high-quality code.
2. Work closely with other specialists, including architecture and product teams, to achieve unparalleled software design and quality.
3. Design end-to-end solutions using the best technologies and industry practices.
4. Share your knowledge and experience with colleagues, mentoring others, helping the team improve their skills, and developing your own skills through experimentation and learning new technologies.
5. Ensure system stability across different environments.
6. Research new tools/technologies/ideas to drive additional system improvements.
7. Promote best practices and continuous code improvements.
8. Anticipate potential issues and propose solutions.

Technologies You'll Work With

• Java with Spring Boot
• Web services (REST)
• Build tools (Maven, NPM, Webpack) and version control systems (Git)
• Testing frameworks (JUnit, Jasmine, JBehave, Selenium) and testing best practices
• Apache Cassandra and Elasticsearch
• Messaging systems (RabbitMQ and Kafka)

What you'll bring

• At least three years of hands-on expertise using the skills listed below.
• Solid knowledge and experience with Java and Spring Boot
• Proficiency in testing frameworks (JUnit) and testing best practices
• Hands-on experience with build tools (Maven, Gradle) and version control systems (Git)
• Strong experience with Web services (REST)
• Knowledge of asynchronous messaging systems (RabbitMQ, Kafka)
• Experience with containers (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Ability to work with multiple technologies even if specialized in one
• An agile approach to development and good understanding of agile methodologies like Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe
