Role Description

We're looking for a Backend Engineer to join us in our journey at Ardor

This is a full-time remote role. You`ll building scalable infrastructure and code for us and our users.

We’re building the engine for an AI-powered future and need someone who gets a kick out of crafting robust systems.

Our Stack

Python, FastAPI, Celery, SQLAlchemy, k8s, PostgreSQL, Redis, RabbitMQ, Kafka, Grafana, Loki, Sentry.

What You'll Do

• Build & scale : Develop the core of our platform using Python (FastAPI, Celery, SQLAlchemy).
• Get hands-on with k8s : Work end-to-end with our k8s infrastructure and making it accessible for AI. Our CI / CD is already streamlined (deploy from a feature branch to any stage in 3 clicks), so you can focus on building and shipping.
• Architect Solutions : Design and implement features using our core stack. You won't just use the tools – you'll have the power to shape our architecture.

We're Looking for Someone Who Is

Strong in Python : You have solid experience building scalable backend systems.

Comfortable with K8s : You know your way aroundkubectl / Lens and understand how to run services effectively in a containerized environment.

Proficient with our stack : You've worked with tools like FastAPI, Celery, PostgreSQL, Redis, RabbitMQ, and observability tools (Grafana, Loki, Sentry).

Autonomous & Proactive : You see a problem, enjoy finding the solution, and don't need someone to write a ticket or chase you for results.

Bonus Points : Go-curious (or experienced). You have experience building infrastructure platforms or have worked with bare metal. If you know what k8s is wrapper for - super cool ;)
