Your mission

1. Work within a cross-functional team to design, develop, and maintain the Livo platform.
2. Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following software engineering best practices, design patterns, and coding standards.
3. Advise the team on best practices, modern backend technologies, and tools to ensure product throughput, high quality, and maintainability.
4. Work closely with product managers to align technical solutions with business goals.
5. Leverage generative AI tools and other modern technologies to boost productivity and innovation.
6. Take ownership of tasks, contribute hands-on to solve complex challenges.
7. Play a key role in building and fostering Livo's engineering culture.

Your profile

1. Minimum of 4+ years of experience in software development within a fast-paced environment.
2. Strong experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL), including database design and optimization.
3. Proficiency in programming languages such as Java and Kotlin.
4. Ability to write production-ready, clean, and testable code that meets performance and scalability standards.
5. Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to high-quality delivery.
6. Experience with AWS, Google Cloud Platform, or similar cloud infrastructure platforms.
7. A passion for building healthcare products that positively impact people's lives.
8. Excellent communication and collaboration skills for effective teamwork.
