Descripción del empleo

We are seeking a highly skilled Tech Lead to join our team. As a Tech Lead, you will be responsible for providing technical leadership and guidance to development teams.

Main Responsibilities :

• Guide development teams on best practices, coding standards, and architectural decisions;
• Actively participate in the Tech Lead Forum, facilitating communication and collaboration between Architecture and DevOps teams;
• Work on Proof-of-Concepts to assess new technologies, tools, and techniques that could benefit both architectural goals and Engineering processes;
• Cross-team collaboration with the Architecture Office, other CLS and non-CLS DevOps teams, Product Management, etc.;
• Mentorship : Grow the maturity of DevOps teams by identifying and addressing knowledge or skill gaps;
• Knowledge sharing : Demonstrate technical thought leadership to a broader audience;

Key Requirements :

• Strong proficiency in Python 3.12, FastAPI, PHP 8+, Laravel 9+ and async / reactive programming in general;
• Strong knowledge in AWS Infrastructure;
• Experience with debugging, maintaining, and supporting large-scale live systems in production;
• Experience in designing and developing microservice architectures;

Additional Skills :

• Experience with relational and non-relational databases;
• Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes (K8s) for containerized application deployment;
• Experience with CI / CD pipelines (Bitbucket);
• Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments;
• Strong understanding of software design patterns and SOLID principles;
• Fluency in both Spanish and English spoken and written.
