Your role:

1. Develop and operate data-driven features in an interdisciplinary team in the context of larger software development using SAFe.
2. Design and implement (big) data pipelines and infrastructures using modern, cloud-based technologies.
3. Prepare, clean and model structured and unstructured data.
4. Support and advise product teams on the use of big data for their specific use cases.
5. Participate in the development of overarching data-related architectures.
6. Collaborate closely in interdisciplinary teams with data analysts, data scientists, product owners, designers, and IT departments.

Your profile:

1. Completed studies in computer science, information systems, mathematics or a comparable education.
2. Experience in design, implementation, and maintenance of data-intensive applications and data pipelines.
3. Strong Python coding capabilities.
4. Experience in the end-to-end development of data-driven products.
5. Experience with agile software development methods, ideally Scrum and SAFe.
6. Strong conceptual and analytical skills.
7. High degree of initiative and solution orientation.
8. Fluent in Spanish and English, we are an international team!
9. Knowledge and experience in several of the following areas:
1. Data modeling and data management, databases and database queries (data warehouses, SQL, NoSQL, timeseries DBs).
2. Distributed systems, ETL/ELT tools and common big data technologies (Spark/Databricks, Kafka).
3. Modern data infrastructures and data integration processes, Analytics/BI tools, ideally Power BI.
4. Deployments using CI/CD pipelines, ideally using Docker/Kubernetes.
5. Use of cloud-based platforms, ideally Azure and GCP.
