What you can look forward to :

• Lead and supervise the Back Office department, including Order Processing and Service tasks.
• Develop procedures and ensure smooth operations during team absences.
• Manage inventory, material movements, supplier relations, and transport logistics.
• Oversee invoices, process controls, and public administration declarations.
• Handle employee health, safety, training, and office operations.
• Coordinate with HR, insurance companies, and banks on administrative matters.

What you bring with you:

• Ideally initial professional experience in the service department of an industrial company.
• A structured, proactive, and independent way of working is essential.
• Strong customer and service orientation and enjoy new challenges.
• Ability to organize and lead a team.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and SAP.
