Formación

  • 1 year of experience in the yachting or luxury hospitality industry.
  • Proficient in Spanish and English, with knowledge of Italian preferred.

As Acquera Yachting continues to grow, we are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Back Office Operations Officer to join our team in the heart of Barcelona, Spain!

Role :

A Back Office Operations Officer is responsible for providing administrative support to all the operational activities. The role includes assisting the team with daily tasks, collecting and forwarding documentation to the appropriate offices in accordance with company procedures, uploading data into the AYPro software, and performing any other activities necessary to ensure a smooth and efficient yacht services processes.

Responsibilities :

  • Verifying billing information, rates, and other details to ensure their accuracy
  • Supporting the transmission of information to clients and suppliers as needed
  • Collaborating with the front-office team to assist clients 24 / 7, both prior to the yacht’s arrival and throughout their stay in the harbor
  • Accurately entering daily data into the AYPro platform in an efficient and timely manner
  • Collecting information on services delivered to vessels and their associated costs, and storing it in the appropriate folder and / or AYPro platform
  • Ensuring compliance with the Company’s procedures and policies

Requirements :

  • 1 year of experience, preferably in the yachting industry or in the luxury hospitality industry
  • Proficient in Spanish, English, and preferably Italian
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Highly flexible with working hours
  • In-depth knowledge of the local area
  • Collaborative and discreet, with a strong sense of confidentiality
