At Grupo Mammafiore, we are looking for a Back Office to join our team of passionate food and wine lovers!

About the role:

  • Receive and process orders, delivery notes, credit notes, and other related documents.
  • Create client accounts and open customer files.
  • Enter fixed discounts into the software system.
  • Inform clients of changes or issues with their orders. Respond to inquiries.
  • Inform clients about price changes (increases).
  • Track deliveries to ensure timely arrival of goods for internal clients, as well as shipments from Barcelona and Italy (MMF).
  • Inform clients about new products and/or opportunities in a personalized manner.
  • Make initial contact with potential clients by sending catalogs and commercial information. Inform the sales representative to arrange visits.
  • Submit purchase requests for goods (fresh, dry, frozen).
  • Participate in required meetings and training sessions.
  • Cover administrative duties during absences or vacation periods.
  • Perform other related duties as required by the role.

  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities with departments such as sales and logistics.

  • Confidentiality and professionalism in handling internal and sensitive information.
