Who we are looking for :

We’re searching for a passionate and experienced Backend Developer to join our team. You’ll drive the development of our systems , optimize app performance , enhance algorithms , and build products that serve our investors, tenants, and operations team.

As a Backend Developer, your main accountabilities will be :

Develop and optimize backend systems , ensuring reliability, scalability, and performance across applications.
Integrate and manage services and data to support seamless company operations.
Design and enhance algorithms for market analysis and decision-making.
Automate data workflows , ensuring accurate and up-to-date real estate information.
Build and improve user-facing applications , focusing on functionality and user experience for investors and internal teams.
Implement advanced data solutions , leveraging AI for validation, analysis, and process automation.
Collaborate on scalable architectures that align with current and future business needs.

What do you bring to the table?

2-4+ years of professional experience as a Software Engineer .
A degree in Engineering , Computer Science , or a related field.
2+ years of expertise with Node.js , using it as your primary programming language to develop scalable backend solutions.
Solid experience with relational databases like PostgreSQL and data transformation tools such as DBT , ensuring seamless data management and analysis.
Advanced SQL , BigQuery , and data analytics skills enable you to draw actionable insights and optimize data workflows.
Experience in Front-end Development with React.
Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
Strong background in web scraping and automation , with the ability to incorporate AI-driven technologies into workflows.
Exceptional problem-solving skills , with a capacity to identify challenges, propose solutions, and execute them efficiently.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaborate within a team , maintaining open communication and aligning with shared goals.
