A leading research organization seeks a researcher to join their team in a project focused on epigenetic biomarkers related to leukemia. The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor's in Biomedicine and a Master's in Advanced Biotechnology. Responsibilities include molecular profiling and characterisation of genetically modified models. This full-time position offers a gross monthly pay of €2303.78 under an indefinite-term contract.
To initiate the selection process for the recruitment of 1 researcher with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in accordance with the criteria, requirements, and selection system established in the attached Annex.
Experience in characterisation of genetically modified mouse models that reproduce the characteristics of human acute lymphoblastic leukaemia. The candidate should be able to characterise these mice using molecular biology techniques (DNA and RNA isolation, Southern blot, PCR, etc.), cellular techniques (culturing different cell types), immunology techniques (flow cytometry), and physiopathology methods (staining, etc.), to determine their phenotype and genetic relationships.
