What are we looking for?

We seek a Business Analyst/Functional Data Analyst, working 100% remotely from Spain.

Work location: 100% remote, within Spain.

Schedule: M-F from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Responsibilities:

• Lead, with the PO, all workstreams within data governance.
• Identify, analyze, and prioritize user needs and requirements.
• Manage internal task backlog, negotiate with the team for execution and prioritization.
• Coordinate backlog prioritization with external tool providers.
• Validate functionalities in the tool to ensure they meet requirements.
• Manage incidents, track issues, and implement solutions.
• Organize deliverables and demos with users.
• Participate in meetings and committees.
• Design, review, and validate dashboards and KPIs.
• Support testing activities.

Experience & Education:

• 2+ years in a corporate environment.
• Background in Data.
• Advanced English skills.

Skills & Knowledge:

• Knowledge of data governance tools.
• Experience with Agile (JIRA, Confluence).
• Experience with data tools like PowerBI.
• Knowledge of SQL and Python.
• Experience with Azure Databricks.

Languages:

• Fluent in Spanish and English.
