Ideal candidates should have a degree in Electronics or IT, with at least 3 years of proven experience in a similar role, fluent in English, and possess strong decision-making skills.

• 3 years of experience as IT Support or Helpdesk Technician.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Advanced level of French is a plus.
