Job summary

Ukio is seeking a B2C Sales Specialist to join the Barcelona team. You will own the full sales cycle for furnished apartments and guest services across Spain, Portugal, France and Italy, maintaining a data-driven approach to meet occupancy and revenue targets.

You will navigate a fast-growing startup environment with autonomy, and engage in cross-functional collaboration with Operations, Supply and Customer Experience to ensure a smooth client journey from inquiry to stay.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in B2C sales, preferably in hospitality, short-term or mid-term rentals, real estate or travel.
• Proven track record of meeting or beating sales and conversion targets.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• C1 level in English and Spanish.
• Professional working level (C1) in at least one of: French, Portuguese or Italian.
• Experience managing a pipeline in a CRM.
• Structured, data-driven approach with autonomous workload prioritisation.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and change, able to work in a startup environment.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end sales cycle from lead to closing.
• Turn leads into bookings and hit individual and team conversion targets.
• Lead negotiations on pricing, length of stay and terms.
• Manage your pipeline and keep the CRM up to date.
• Understand client needs and offer the right apartment and services.
• Provide personalised support during booking and stay.
• Handle questions and escalations on reservations.
• Draft and manage rental agreements.
• Collaborate with Operations, Supply and Customer Experience.
