We offer a wide range of services and destinations, from VIP city transfers to affordable holiday taxis, operating across 500+ airports and travel hubs worldwide.

As we continue to scale our digital and commercial operations globally, we’re looking for a B2C Ecommerce & Margin Manager to play a key role in optimizing trading performance, pricing strategy, and profitability across our ecommerce platform.

This is a high-impact role at the intersection of analytics, pricing, and revenue optimization, ideal for someone who combines strategic thinking, data fluency, and a strong commercial instinct. You'll report directly to the Head of Growth and work closely with teams across Finance, Marketing, Product, and Supply.

  • Strong analytical and commercial mindset with experience in ecommerce trading or pricing.
  • Skilled in working with large datasets using tools like Excel, Looker, or other BI platforms.
  • Comfortable collaborating across multiple departments in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
  • Proactive, strategic, and excited by the opportunity to shape pricing and trading foundations from the ground up.

Nice-to-Have

  • Experience with SKU / catalogue management and optimizing product listings.
  • Hands-on experience in CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) with digital product teams.

1. Trading Performance & Optimization

  • Own trading performance across all destinations, focusing on key metrics like ASP, conversion rate, and margin.
  • Analyze sales and performance data to identify risks, trends, and opportunities.
  • Drive revenue through pricing, assortment, and operational improvements.
  • Use automation and analytics tools to support performance optimization.
  • Build and refine pricing strategies to improve margin across products and markets.
  • Define tools and systems for scalable, dynamic pricing.
  • Monitor competitor activity and market trends to keep us competitive.

3. Reporting, Forecasting & Insights

  • Create and manage dashboards and forecasts for senior stakeholders.
  • Deliver clear, actionable insights to support data-driven decisions.

4. Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Finance, Product, Marketing, Supply, CRM, and B2B to align pricing and trading strategies.
  • Partner with CRM and digital teams on promotions and retention tactics.
  • Ensure product and pricing accuracy in coordination with the Supply team.
  • Lead strategic projects from concept to delivery.
  • Act as a thought partner within the ecommerce and broader commercial teams.
  • Promote a data-driven mindset across the business.
