B2C Customer Service Representative with English Proficiency and Spanish

We are seeking a B2C Customer Service Representative fluent in English and Spanish to join a Multibrand group. The ideal candidate has a strong customer service vocation, adaptability, and a challenge-loving attitude.

This role reports to the B2C Customer Success Manager and offers the flexibility to work remotely or from our Barcelona office.

Responsibilities include :

  • Providing excellent customer support via phone, email, and chat in English and Spanish
  • Resolving customer inquiries related to motocross and mountain biking gear, apparel, and outerwear
  • Maintaining product knowledge to address customer questions effectively
  • Documenting customer interactions accurately in our database
  • Collaborating with team members to resolve complex issues
  • Reporting customer feedback to improve products and services

Requirements :

  • Quick adaptability and flexibility in changing environments
  • Fluency in English and Spanish (verbal and written)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work under pressure and multitask
  • Basic proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office
  • Preferred but not required :

  • Knowledge of SAP, Salesforce, ZenDesk
  • Prior customer service experience
  • Knowledge of other European languages
