Dow Jones is seeking an Analytics Manager to lead a team of analysts delivering high-impact insights across the portfolio. You will coach, develop talent, set priorities, and translate goals into a clear team roadmap with strong analytical standards.

You will partner with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Data to produce reliable insights, champion AI-enabled analytics, and guide analyses, experiments, and reporting for fast, informed decisions in a hybrid work environment.

Formación

• Minimum 6 years in data analytics or data science with people leadership experience.
• Experience turning analytics into product, engineering, marketing and data outcomes.
• Proficiency in SQL and at least one of Python or R for large-scale analysis.
• Strong data visualization skills and ability to communicate to non-technical audiences.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and coach a team of analysts, providing regular feedback and growth opportunities.
• Set team priorities, translate goals into a roadmap, and allocate resources.
• Develop talent and expand team capability across data domains.
• Partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Data teams.
• Champion AI-enabled analytics to improve workflows and insights quality.
• Ensure delivery of high-quality, actionable insights and experiments.
