Your mission

  • Be the first point of contact for private landlords in the French market.
  • Proactively contact landlords to onboard them onto the Spotahome platform, engage them, and help optimize their properties to maximize value.
  • Manage and optimize your portfolio, increasing listings and availability.
  • Respond to landlord inquiries, handle modifications, and offer advice to improve performance.
  • Track, analyze, and report on your portfolio's performance.
  • Manage all landlord-related matters such as listings, availability, payments, bookings, and issues promptly.
  • Develop strong relationships with local teams and central operations.

Your profile

  • 1-2 years of experience in B2C sales, account management, or customer success.
  • Excellent command of English and French; other languages are a plus.
  • Based in Madrid.
  • Degree in business administration or equivalent commercial apprenticeship.
  • Ability to handle multiple requests simultaneously and work efficiently.
  • Passion for sales, perseverance, and a fun attitude towards winning B2C customers.
  • Knowledge of the city and real estate market is advantageous.
  • Empathetic and understanding towards landlords, advocating for partners.
  • Obsessed with customer experience.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, excellent communication skills, and ability to articulate value propositions.
  • Positive, driven, and proactive attitude.
  • Solution-oriented with high initiative and service focus.
  • Previous real estate experience is a plus.
