Tasks

Your responsibilities and impact as a B2B Technical Support Agent will be:

  1. Resolving any IT-related issues of your partners (B2B) that could occur during their office day
  2. Documenting calls on the ticketing tool
  3. Escalating problems to the different respective teams
  4. Maintaining and improving the customer satisfaction level
  5. Communicating to your direct teammates and different departments
Requirements

Skills, qualifications and interests you need to succeed in this role:

  1. You speak Dutch and English fluently
  2. You are interested in learning more about IT
  3. You display analytical and systematic problem-solving abilities
  4. You possess outstanding communication skills and the mindset of a team player
  5. You are reliable, punctual and looking for a long-term employer
  6. You are in possession of a passport (if you don't have the NIE and SSN already)
  7. Able to start on the 12th of September
  8. Can't take any holidays in the first 6 months

They operate Infrastructure Operations Centers and Group Service Desks across Europe, South Africa, Asia and the Americas to offer support in more than 30 languages. For their office in the center of Barcelona, they are looking for new employees to reinforce their IT Helpdesk team that works on an interesting project for a major German supermarket.
