A day in the life of.

As an Aftersales Specialist, you are the mainstay for customers after their purchase. Your mission is to ensure an excellent customer experience and smooth handling of all after sales processes. You will be the point of contact for customers with questions about their order, assist them with product issues and process returns where necessary. Collaboration with internal teams such as logistics and service is key to solving complex cases smoothly and professionally.

How you make an impact.

  1. You will speak to customers via email, phone and chat in German and provide a professional and friendly experience.
  2. You offer expert advice on products and resolve post-purchase issues such as maintenance questions or return requests.
  3. You handle complaints efficiently and strive for optimal customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  4. You follow up on deliveries and proactively contact customers to ensure everything has gone to plan.
  5. You call B2B customers to gauge satisfaction, evaluate complaints and catch missed interactions.
  6. You work closely with logistics, sales and product teams to resolve customer inquiries quickly and accurately.
  7. You will accurately track customer data and interactions and provide valuable insights to improve processes.
