About the Role : We’re looking for a driven and experienced B2B Sales Manager to help us grow Locallista’s presence in Barcelona. In this project-based role, you’ll take ownership of the full sales cycle—from prospecting and qualifying SMB leads to closing deals and mentoring the local team. You’ll play a key part in shaping our expansion strategy in one of Europe’s most exciting cities for expats.

About Locallista : Locallista.pt launched in Lisbon in 2024 to simplify expats’ lives by connecting them with trusted local service providers. Following strong demand, we’re expanding to Barcelona with Locallista.es, continuing our mission to redefine the expat experience with a platform rooted in trust, transparency, and quality.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Own and manage the full B2B sales pipeline for Barcelona
  • Prospect and qualify leads through outreach, messaging, and cold calling
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with service providers
  • Meet and exceed KPIs and sales targets
  • Mentor and support the Locallista Barcelona team
  • Share insights to improve sales strategy and track local market trends

What We're Looking For :

  • Fluency in English and Spanish is a must; other languages are a plus
  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience to SMBs with proven results
  • Significant experience within the Spanish market
  • Confident communicator who thrives on speaking with people
  • Target-driven and persistent – you don’t take no for an answer
  • Highly adaptable, self-motivated, and organised
  • Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment
