Job Description

Kaplan International Languages is looking to recruit a B2B Sales Executive in charge of the European region. This is a full-time position based at our regional office in Barcelona. We’re an international education company with a diverse, multilingual team working across a range of functions including accounting and finance, student admissions, marketing and sales, compliance and legal, HR and IT.

In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the B2B Europe Sales Team as well as the Customer Care Team, directly managing key European markets and agents to maximise sales revenue and meet company objectives.

The role will report into the KLG B2B Deputy Regional Director, CIS & Europe.

KLG B2B Sales Executive, Europe – main responsibilities and functions :

  • Support the B2B Europe Sales and Customer Care Teams
  • Support the activities and performance of the B2B Europe Sales and Customer Care teams
  • Provide assistance and guidance to help the team hit sales objectives in their markets
  • Assist in developing the sales team through motivation, counselling, and product knowledge education
  • Help monitor performance to ensure budget expectations are met
  • Participate in regular one-to-one meetings to ensure optimal team performance
  • Contribute to target delivery through teamwork, performance feedback, and peer recognition
  • Sales and Customer Care Market Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with agent partners to exceed sales objectives
  • Drive consistent and profitable growth in sales revenues
  • Respond efficiently and appropriately to agents’ requests
  • Deliver regular training to agents on the KLG portfolio
  • Help identify goals and strategies to improve short- and long-term sales and revenue, and assist in weekly briefs and monthly reports
  • Execute sales strategies to develop and establish new accounts
  • Travel in key market areas to strengthen cooperation and provide training to business partners; represent the company at industry fairs and events
  • Contribute to the setting and achievement of realistic sales goals
  • Support sales activities for key accounts, including pricing and discount negotiations
  • Collaborate on revenue forecasting and budgeting
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure efficient and stable sales operations
  • Benchmark language education and adjacent sectors, and keep an eye on competitors
  • Work with Marketing to align on communication strategies for partners
  • Collaborate closely with customer care and operations to ensure students and agents get quality service before and after arrival

Qualifications

Candidate Profile

  • Friendly and engaging personality
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably in fields like Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Tourism, Administration, or Management
  • Several years of experience in sales operations and management within the travel or language education industry
  • Strong command of Microsoft Office
  • Proven B2B and / or B2C sales record, results-oriented
  • High attention to quality and detail
  • Resilience under pressure and ability to meet tight deadlines
  • Goal- and results-driven approach
  • Strong organizational and planning skills
  • Excellent communication; fluent in English and Spanish (additional languages a plus)
  • Willingness to travel 4–10 weeks per year
  • Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capability
