Formación

Tasks

Your Mission

As the Business Developer, you will be our key person on the ground in Spain.

You will take full responsibility for building and developing our client base in Spain form scratch, building long-term relationships with medium and large enterprise clients. Your focus will be on identifying B2B opportunities, leading high-value negotiations, and ensuring sustainable business growth.

Your Key Responsibilities :

  • Build and drive B2B sales efforts in the Spanish market : from prospecting and lead generation to closing and account growth
  • Manage complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders and tailored IT consulting solutions
  • Act as the main point of contact for key clients and partners in Spain
  • Develop and implement go-to-market strategies for local business growth
  • Manage the local office , ensuring operational readiness and alignment
  • Report to senior management and collaborate cross-functionally with international teams

Requirements

What You Bring with you :

  • A sales-driven professional with proven B2B business development experience , ideally in IT consulting, SaaS, or technology services
  • Experienced in selling to mid-sized and large enterprise clients , including managing long-term, consultative sales processes
  • A strong communicator and negotiator , with the ability to influence decision-makers and build lasting business relationships
  • Comfortable working independently
  • Technically savvy – you understand the fundamentals of IT services and can translate them into business value
  • Highly self-motivated, organized, and capable of working independently

Location : Madrid

Language Requirements : Native Spanish, Fluent English, German is a plus
