About The Role

As a B2B Marketing Specialist at Cobee by Pluxee, you will :

  • Lead content creation for lead generation, including ebooks, checklists, and market reports, aligned with SEO strategies developed with the Demand Generation Manager and CMO.
  • Innovate with new content formats such as AI, videos, podcasts, webinars, and more to engage our audience.
  • Develop email marketing strategies, creating compelling copies and messages.
  • Work with the Demand Generation Manager to optimize content for search engines, supporting a shift from paid to organic lead acquisition.
  • Collaborate across teams to produce high-quality, innovative content that captures audience attention.

You are

  • Detail-oriented with meticulous attention to accuracy in campaign tracking and reporting.
  • Analytical, capable of deep data analysis to support decisions.
  • A problem-solver with strong skills to identify challenges and develop solutions.
  • Highly organized with excellent time management to handle multiple campaigns and deadlines.
  • A project manager skilled in planning, executing, and monitoring marketing campaigns.
  • A strategic thinker capable of aligning content with short- and long-term marketing goals.
  • You have

  • At least 4 years of experience in content creation and demand generation, especially in B2B SaaS or HRTech.
  • Strong understanding of Demand Generation & SEO best practices.
  • Exceptional creativity and innovative thinking.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing trends, CMS, CRO, and web traffic metrics.
