Formación

SALT is working with a market leading global enterprise software company who offer a broad portfolio of solutions to empower businesses to securely manage, optimise, and extract value from their information at scale.

The opportunity :

We are hiring an experienced and proactive Field Marketing Manager (6+ month contract) to lead regional execution. You will act as the local marketing expert, owning both planning and execution of regional campaigns aligned with global strategy, ensuring delivery of pipeline and sales outcomes through a mix of event marketing, digital tactics, partner enablement, and localisation.

This is a hands-on, autonomous, and commercially driven role, perfect for marketers comfortable owning the end-to-end lifecycle of regional demand generation in close collaboration with sales, and central marketing functions.

This role can be remote-first, however you will naturally need to be on-site for events, trade shows, and workshops.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Own and lead the planning, development, and execution of regional marketing campaigns aligned to business unit goals
  • Deliver measurable results : drive pipeline growth, lead conversion, and ROI through tactical execution
  • Plan and execute regional events (for example, company-hosted summits, industry trade shows, ABM-style workshops)
  • Collaborate with global teams (for example paid media, product marketing, creative) to tailor global assets to local markets
  • Coordinate with internal creative / web teams to launch campaigns via internal platforms
  • Localise content and campaigns in-market to ensure cultural and language fit
  • Work closely with Sales, Pre-Sales, Channel, and Account Development teams to align marketing efforts with commercial goals
  • Analyse campaign performance and apply learnings to optimise future initiatives
  • Manage end-to-end event logistics, registration pages, landing pages, and reporting dashboards

Skills & Experience Required :

  • 5–8 years in B2B field marketing, preferably within enterprise software, SaaS, or digital experience platforms
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams in matrix organisations
  • Track record of owning regional marketing plans and delivering pipeline-generating activity
  • Solid understanding of demand generation tactics and campaign performance metrics
  • Hands-on experience with digital marketing, events, webinars, and ABM programs
  • Fluent in English and Spanish
