THE POSITION

B2B Marketing and Lead Generation Specialist

who is

100% focused on designing and executing strategies

to help our sales team build an effective pipeline.

You'll be the

key partner to the Marketing Manager , helping plan and

put into action creative and innovative multichannel campaigns

aimed at attracting and nurturing qualified leads.

We need someone

proactive, visionary, and eager to propose new ideas

to create internal projects, develop engaging content, coordinate events, and leverage modern marketing tools (AI, Canva, HubSpot) to deliver measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy Design and Execution Focused on Lead Generation Develop and

execute tactics 100% focused on generating qualified leads

for the sales team. Align marketing initiatives with commercial goals,working

hand in hand with the Marketing Manager

and the sales team. Identify opportunities to

create internal projects

that support pipeline growth.

Creation and Innovation in Multichannel Campaigns Ideate and execute

multichannel campaigns

social media, email marketing, webinars, website content) with a creative and innovative approach. Use

Canva and AI tools

to design engaging visual content and promotional materials. Propose new, original ideas to

launch marketing campaigns and initiatives

that drive demand generation.

Webinars, Events, and Active Participation Plan and coordinate

webinars and online or in-person events

as key B2B marketing tactics. Actively participate in events , supporting organization and communications to maximize lead capture. Professionally represent the brand and engage with prospects and customers at events.

Automation, Segmentation, and Nurturing Use

or similar platforms) to segment audiences, build nurturing workflows, and optimize lead scoring. Create

landing pages and forms

that convert visitors into qualified leads. Manage

automation flows

to nurture leads with timely, relevant content.

Direct Support to the Marketing Manager and Team Collaboration Be

proactive in proposing ideas , suggesting improvements, and anticipating marketing needs. Collaborate closelywith the Marketing Manager to plan, prioritize, and execute initiatives that deliver results. Maintain

tight alignment with the sales team

to ensure campaigns address their needs and help close opportunities.

Analysis and Continuous Improvement Measure the performance of all campaigns, focusing on

lead generation and conversion KPIs . Prepare

regular reports

to support data-driven decision-making. Identify optimization opportunities to make campaigns more effective.

Your Profile

Experience in

B2B marketing

lead generation . Ability to

create and execute innovative multichannel campaigns

effectively. Skilled in creating engaging content using

Canva and AI tools . Experience planning and executing

webinars and events . Proficient in

HubSpot

or similar platforms) for automation, segmentation, and nurturing. Strong writing skills, basic

SEO knowledge , and social media strategy experience. Analytical mindset to

measure results and recommend improvements . Proactive, creative, and results-oriented

personality, eager to contribute ideas and lead internal projects. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Advanced level of

English and Spanish .
