Descripción del empleo

The objective of this position is to maximize the profitability of our assigned dealers across EMEA, making the business relationship easier and developing a professional bond to create a long-term partnership.

You will play a key role in managing a dealer portfolio, implementing and improving the ADVENTURE SPORTS GROUP EUROPE service model. You will have the necessary tools, media, support, and guidance to meet dealer expectations.

Your responsibilities include verifying and confirming the order book for your dealers regarding product availability and discounts, ensuring efficient on-time, in-full delivery of products, and reporting on performance indicators.

Success in this role requires a strong customer service orientation, proactivity, adaptability, enthusiasm for learning, and empathy to build and maintain social relationships.

The company will support you with training, coaching, and development opportunities, along with support from managers and team meetings.

This position reports to the Customer Success Manager and offers a flexible hybrid work model.

As a B2B Customer Success Representative, your opportunities include:

  1. Managing a portfolio of dealers across EMEA.
  2. Managing the order book for assigned dealers.
  3. Ensuring customer satisfaction through high-quality service.
  4. Managing operational relationships with dealers and sales teams.
  5. Analyzing data and statistics.
  6. Performing order entry into SAP (ERP).
  7. Tracking and following up on orders, liaising with warehouses.
  8. Handling operational issues like refusals, returns, warranties.
  9. Maintaining accurate and concise communication and customer databases.
  10. Handling dealer and sales queries efficiently.
  11. Managing proforma processes.

You have:

  • Fluent English and German skills.
  • Customer service experience in FMCG, retail, fashion, or sports industries.
  • Knowledge of SAP, Salesforce, Excel.
  • Data analysis and processing skills.
  • Sales techniques and logistics management knowledge.
  • Proactivity, rigor, and adaptability.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally.

You might have: Any other European language is a plus.
