We are seeking a dynamic Content Marketing Strategist with a strong background in B2B content marketing, exceptional copywriting skills, and the ability to leverage AI tools to scale content production.

The Role

Working Hours: Mondays - Fridays, 6AM-3PM Central European Time, 1PM-10PM Asia/Manila, 11PM-8AM Central Standard Time

As a B2B Content Marketing Strategist / AI Expert at Growmodo, you’ll own the content efforts — from shaping messaging strategies across LinkedIn, Instagram, lead magnets, and website content to leveraging AI tools to maximize reach and impact. You’ll develop high-performing content that drives engagement, generates leads, and builds brand authority. You’ll also have opportunities to represent the brand externally through podcasts and media appearances.

Key Responsibilities

• Content Strategy and Development: Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy aligned with Growmodo’s objectives. Identify relevant themes and topics for our B2B audience.
• Thought Leadership Content: Create articles, case studies, and opinion pieces to position Growmodo as an industry leader, targeting marketing managers, agency owners, and startup founders.
• Copywriting and Content Creation: Produce engaging copy for LinkedIn, Instagram, lead magnets, website pages, and blogs, maintaining brand voice and platform-specific needs.
• Content Scaling with AI: Use AI-powered tools to enhance content output, streamline creation, and maintain quality. Develop workflows to repurpose long-form content into micro-content.
• Podcasts and Media Engagement: Represent Growmodo on podcasts and media outlets, sharing insights and thought leadership.
• Content Calendar Management: Maintain a content calendar for consistent delivery.
• Performance Analysis: Monitor content metrics, analyze performance, and optimize strategies.

Must-Haves:

• Proven experience in B2B content marketing with a focus on thought leadership.
• Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills for LinkedIn, Instagram, and lead magnets.
• Ability to scale content production using AI tools.
• Experience creating engaging content for marketing professionals.
• Strong communication skills, comfortable with podcasts and industry engagement.
• Familiarity with content performance analysis and data-driven decisions.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Self-motivated, able to thrive remotely.
