We are backed by leading venture capital firms and have very ambitious growth plans ahead.If you wish to join a fast-paced, no-ego, ambitious environment where you feel you can make a difference and take ownership, Hosco might just be the place for you!**What is the role?**We’re currently looking for an English native Content Manager with a minimum of three years experience in a similar role, to join our expanding Growth & Marketing team.Your main responsibilities will be as follows:- As a leader in the Growth & Marketing team, you would be working closely with our B2B Senior Demand Generation Manager to acquire leads and engage our current prospects and customers with relevant and inspiring content.- Lead a team of external editors, writers and translators (we publish in EN, FR, ES and IT) to meet deadlines and achieve great results. Edit content produced by your team, including conceptualising the projects upfront, assigning projects and overseeing development and copy-editing prior to publishing.- Stay up-to-date with the latest hospitality industry trends and customer challenges in order to build a more effective editorial calendar.- Assist and implement SEO content tactics across our website and in our online content to increase site visits and click through metrics.- Work closely with senior leaders, marketing teammates, and other departments as Sales, Customer Success, Product and Tech to create effective communications strategies that articulate our product’s core benefits properly and consistently.**Who are you?**- At least 3 years of experience as a Content Specialist with a proven portfolio of creating high quality content and campaigns for B2B audiences, preferably in SaaS or Hospitality Industry.- Experience in coordinating external writers, agencies, and translators.- A genuine interest in the hospitality industry by helping employers in their growth.- Strong understanding of content best practices and on-page SEO.- Good knowledge of content and layout design.- Structured, organised and analytical profile with a capacity to manage high volume content requirements in a fast-paced, hands-on start-up environment..- We know people can be very fluent in English, however we are looking for a native English (Spanish, French or Italian languages are a plus)- Plus: Previous experience using Typeform, Interact or similar tools to create surveys and quizzes.- Plus: Previous experience using marketing automation tools as Pardot, Hubspot, Marketo or similar.**Perks of Working at Hosco**:- Fun and ambitious working environment- Competitive compensation + additional benefits- Hybrid working with standard office hours from Monday to Friday- Flexible working hours, flexible public holidays- International and multicultural environment- Growth opportunities in the Growth & Marketing team and in a company with global reputationIf you have the skills, experience, and passion to join Hosco, we would like to hear from you!
