Volotea is seeking an experienced aircraft engineer to ensure airworthiness and provide hands-on maintenance across our European fleet. The role combines base maintenance with remote support to keep aircraft compliant and ready for operations.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of hands-on experience, a valid EASA Part 66 license for Airbus A320 family, and strong knowledge of maintenance documentation. Fluent English is required; Spanish or other languages are a plus.

Formación

• EASA Part 66 licensed aircraft engineer with Airbus A320/CFM56 certification.
• 5+ years hands-on aircraft maintenance experience.
• Experience in Line Maintenance, Maintenance Control, aviation MROs or airline engineering is preferred.
• Fluent English (spoken and written); knowledge of Spanish, French, or Italian is a bonus.
• Strong knowledge of maintenance documentation and related systems.

Responsabilidades

• Perform and certify airworthiness maintenance tasks in compliance with EASA Part-145 and Volotea MOE.
• Travel to operational bases for hands-on maintenance and certification; support remote operations as needed.
• Review and finalize aircraft technical logs and related documents for accuracy and compliance.
• Issue release certificates and technical log entries following maintenance activities.
• Support flight crews with technical instructions in the aircraft log and contribute to continuous improvement.

How will it be to work with us?

• Perform and certify airworthiness maintenance tasks on our fleet, ensuring full compliance with EASA Part‑145 and Volotea’s Maintenance Organization Exposition (MOE).
• Work in a blended environment, supporting technical operations remotely and traveling to our operational bases for hands‑on maintenance and certification.
• Ensure all maintenance tasks required by the operator are completed or properly deferred, while verifying the impact of any outstanding items on airworthiness and safety.
• Review and complete aircraft technical logs and associated documents to ensure accurate and compliant records.
• Issue release certificates and technical log entries following maintenance activities, in line with regulatory and company standards
• Support flight crews with technical instructions in the aircraft log when needed.
• Contribute to continuous improvement by complying with internal procedures and mandatory reporting.

What Will Make You Succeed In This Position

• EASA Part 66 Licensed Aircraft Engineer certified on Airbus A320 CFM56.
• +5 years of hands‑on aircraft maintenance and troubleshooting experience.
• Previous experience in Line Maintenance, Maintenance Control, aviation MROs or Airline Engineering.
• Strong technical knowledge of aircraft systems and maintenance documentation.
• Fluent English (spoken and written); knowledge of Spanish, French, or Italian is a bonus.
• Excellent communication, self‑organization, and time management skills.
• Proactive and cooperative attitude.
• Working knowledge of computer systems and programs (especially AMOS, My Boeing Fleet, Airbus World, and AIMS).
• Flexible, willing to travel frequently.
• Current EASA Regulation (Part M, Part 145), EWIS, and Fuel Tank Safety will be considered a plus.
• EU Work Permit and a valid Driver’s License.
