We're looking for an exceptional Senior AI Project Lead (Technical) to join our Domyn Team in Spain.

In this role, you will be at the forefront of managing high-impact AI customer deployments, influencing cross-functional teams working on cutting-edge AI projects including agentic system development and foundational model deployment. You will drive project execution from conception to launch, ensuring technical and business alignment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead complex AI customer deployments from presale to go-live.
• Partner with engineering, research, product, and business teams to deliver timely outcomes, serving as the single threaded owner of client engagement and escalation.
• Define milestones, allocate resources, manage budgets, and monitor risk, facilitating stakeholder communication, reporting, and project documentation.
• Ensure compliance with customer requirements and continuous delivery best practices, track and report project KPIs, supporting data-driven decision-making.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 6+ years of experience in technical projects or program management within software, AI, or infrastructure-heavy environments, preferably within the financial services domain.
• Strong technical background with experience in software engineering, ML systems, or DevOps/Infrastructure roles.
• Proven track record managing backend, infrastructure, or AI/ML/GenAI-related projects, ideally involving APIs, platform development, or cloud-native services.
• Working knowledge of tools and stacks like Git, Docker, Kubernetes, cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), and CI/CD workflows.
• Ability to read technical documentation, participate in architecture reviews, and collaborate with technical and business stakeholders.
• Excellent project planning, risk management, and cross-functional communication skills, including experience with C-level stakeholders in financial services.
• Fluency in Spanish and English required; Italian or other European languages are a plus.
