Our goal is to strengthen the brand in Spain. We are looking for an expert to work as an Azure Virtual Desktop Engineer!

Key Responsibilities :

1. Daily Health Check and Review of AVD + Nerdio Environment
2. Monitor ServiceNow Queue and act accordingly.
3. Analyse new Service Requests and coordinate with requesters.
4. Onboard and configure new applications on AVD + Nerdio Platform.
5. Rewrap application packages using PSADT toolkit and configure with blob storage.
6. Coordinate with application vendors/owners.
7. Coordinate with Security, Network & Firewall Teams.
8. Coordinate with UAT and Preprod testers to validate changes, performance, and functionality.
9. Update Nerdio scripted actions and action groups to optimize application and desktop delivery.
10. Configure autoscaling criteria to adjust the number of AVD session hosts as needed.
11. Provide remote support to end-users.
12. Handle reported incidents, problem tickets, and service requests.
13. Provide on-call support.
14. Build monthly reports in collaboration with the customer.

Qualifications:

1. Rich experience in VDI infrastructure planning, designing, and implementation with various technologies.
2. Ability to define, document, and conduct POCs for VDI services.
3. Responsible for high and low-level design documentation for VDI infrastructure.
4. Experience with large-scale application deployments and customizations for VDI environments.
5. Ability to troubleshoot major issues during UAT/PILOT phases.
6. Customize VDI solutions based on customer requirements.
7. Design and deploy Azure AVD Workspace VDI Infrastructure in multiple regions with FSLogix Profile management and Nerdio Manager automation.
8. Design and deploy Citrix suites like XenApp/XenDesktop, NetScaler, PVS, Storefront, and AppSense.
9. Experience with NetScaler (ADC) VPX, SDX, and MPX.
10. Experience with Wyse Device Manager integration.
11. Proficiency in scripting (VBScript / PowerShell).
12. Fluency in Spanish and English.
