Une entreprise dynamique recherche un expert en VDI pour renforcer son infrastructure en Espagne. Le candidat idéal aura une expérience significative dans la planification, le déploiement et le support d'environnements VDI, avec une maîtrise des outils comme Azure AVD et Citrix. Ce rôle implique également la coordination avec les équipes de sécurité et de réseau, ainsi que la gestion des incidents et des demandes de service.

Formación

• Expérience approfondie en planification et déploiement d'infrastructure VDI.
• Capacité à réaliser des POCs pour les services VDI.
• Fluent en espagnol et anglais.

Responsabilidades

• Surveiller l'environnement AVD + Nerdio et agir en conséquence.
• Configurer des applications sur la plateforme AVD + Nerdio.
• Fournir un support à distance aux utilisateurs.

Descripción del empleo

Our goal is to strengthen the brand in Spain. We are looking for an expert to work as:

Key Responsibilities:

1. Daily Health Check and Review of AVD + Nerdio Environment
2. Monitor Service Now Queue and act accordingly
3. Analyze new Service Requests and coordinate with requesters
4. Onboard and configure new applications on AVD + Nerdio Platform
5. Rewrap application packages using PSADT toolkit and configure with blob storage
6. Coordinate with application vendors/owners, security, network, and firewall teams
7. Coordinate with UAT and Preprod testers for validation
8. Update Nerdio scripted actions and groups to optimize application and desktop delivery
9. Configure autoscaling for AVD session hosts as needed
10. Provide remote support to end-users
11. Handle incidents, problem tickets, and service requests
12. Provide on-call support and build monthly reports in collaboration with the customer

Requirements:

1. Extensive experience in VDI infrastructure planning, design, and implementation
2. Proven ability to define, document, and conduct POCs for VDI services
3. Experience with large-scale application deployments and customizations for VDI environments
4. Expertise in troubleshooting during UAT/Pilot phases
5. Design and deployment experience with Azure AVD Workspace, FSLogix, Nerdio Manager, Citrix XenApp/XenDesktop, NetScaler, PVS, Storefront, and AppSense
6. Knowledge of Wyse Device Manager, scripting (VBScript/PowerShell), Azure AD, AD DS, GPO, DNS, DHCP, DFS
7. Fluency in Spanish and English
